About the project

The asset occurs in ultramafic rocks and gneissic complexes, the setting that hosts the main rare earth occurrences in the country. The tenements are consolidated in the portfolio, with rare earths defined as the primary substance.

The project brings together five contiguous exploration permits granted in 2025, totalling 5,804.78 hectares across the municipalities of Oliveira, Carmópolis de Minas and São Tiago, in Minas Gerais. Access is by road, via the BR-381 and BR-494 highways, with local unpaved roads in good condition, some 160 km from Belo Horizonte.

Preliminary geological reconnaissance has been carried out, covering the regional literature and cartographic review. The next step is the mineralogical characterisation of the rare earths, which is what separates a known occurrence from a sized target.
